Static Major’s “We Need A Resolution” (demo)

Said it once before and I’ll saw it again. He was an absolute mad man with that pen in his hand. And he could sing his ass off fr

This how I be sounding on my singing demos. I wonder how Jermaine Dupri be sounding on his demos😂

Whew!!! He was going in in the studio! Must have been really feeling that one! Probably why it was the first single! Great choice!

He was cold at it 💪🏽

@TheLegz Yall Clowning the man vocals is crazy lol it’s a demo he wrote for Aaliyah. He’s trying to sing it like he wants her to sing it that’s all, lol just like the Pretty Ricky songs. He sings those with ease. But This is not his key or tone, he’s giving her something to work with.

@sir_size He laid the groundwork, he was talented

Man when I tell you Static Major was that dude, he would have been eating this industry up if he were still alive!! Truly one of the 🐐🐐🐐

Me reading this and finding out he passed away 20 years ago is making me sad. This rendition is perfection

I heard this song from Aaliyah and seen the video and I thought wow this album is going to be fire 🔥. To my disappointment it wasn’t but it went on to sell many records because of her passing. This song was next level though rip Aaliyah and static major. Gone to soon

Static was genius he died way too early

Nothing or no one like him in today’s music

Shit sound jj ice fish shit

this was terrible

@TatianaSnead Soooo fire I love seeing the creative process of shit

He was about to take over after Lillie pop.

Il avait un talent de dingue. Mais en écoutant cette demo, je vois bien Justin Timberlake poser dessus

@pinkcell114 Static Major… was the effing goat man!

It’s always funny to hear static try and sing like Aaliyah on the Demos and how much Aaliyah puts her spin on the tracks with her runs and ad libs. I wish I could hear his demo of RTB so I can see what runs and ad libs she did on her own

the dynamic duo. loved them working together.

I laughed my 🍑 off, but hey...gotta start somwehere lol It's a great song, and still brings back good memories

Woowwww

This mfer was a genius Gone way to soon

@_cookiedoe

First R. Kelly, then Timbaland & Missy and eventually Static carried TF out that girl

🤌🏽🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

This shit fire tho 🔥🔥 folks not knowing how demos are done

That’s what I’m saying!!!!! Stop fucking playing with me! Diamonds In the rough exist!!!!!

@TheonlyKeyoir @ToughUpFront77

Dope

Why did I start rapping Timbaland part 😂😂😂

Mind blowing talent (pause)

Yall sure this not Ice JJ?
