There were two random lawyers on the jury. What lawyer ever goes on a jury?!

Frens & Followers… How many times over the last several years have I posted… How are judges selected? How are they really selected? This is another magic blackbox process. The public thinks they know how it works, but can never observe & verify.

It’s actually three cases, and he’s 1 of 600 judges that could be picked. The chances of him getting all three are ASTRONOMICAL.
NO WAY this happened under normal random selection. Can’t happen. Didn’t happen.

This is ridiculous that this has not been stopped. This should have never reached this level. Sick of our judicial system and government. All on the take.
An example needs to be made of this “judge”. And I mean, legally, these bad conduct, the blatant bias, the conflicts need to be addressed and punished harshly by the law. And not only the judge, but all the enablers of the plot.
Only in our current 🤡 world does this judge not have to recuse himself.

24*24*24=13,824 Merchan had a 1/13,824 chance of being picked for these three cases. And it seems there are more than 24 judges on the roster.
For all the big bad ugliness from above information, I can’t wrap my brain around an anchorman on tv saying “Man crush” about a judge, really? Omg. What have we come to?

@billpostmus How are potential jury members put on list? Who does that? How was it done this time? My guess is jury tampering started then to be sure the pool wasn’t only 80% never Trumpers but rather 100%. And a lawyer or two were included -/ unusual? / to guide the jury down guilty road.
Don’t worry the @JudiciaryGOP will investigate this….. oh wait, never mind they are too busy sending out strongly worded tweets. Shameful.

Not quite impossible. I mean, you have better chances of winning the State Lottery three consecutive drawings in a row with the same numbers, but it's not actually impossible, impossible. Now, add in the fact he's an acting judge who's not even on the list for "random selection" and you actually have a better chance of being eaten by a great white shark surfing the dunes in death valley while being struck by lightning in a monsoon. Not impossible, just so improbable it's the next best thing. Basically, just playing the odds, he's been appointed by the governor to be a judicial Columbian hitman.
