@FedEx is the worst. Nothing worse than seeing your @Amazon packages handed to FedEx for delivery. Then it becomes a 50/50 if you'll ever see them. Drivers faking deliveries and losing packages.

I just want to pop by and tell you how disgusted I am with this company. I send probably 200 packages out a week with USPS and maybe 1 or 2 will be late or lost a month. I randomly sent 2 $100 orders out with Fedex and you idiots lost 1. How is that math even possible? Never again.

You single handedly hold the world record for WORST courier company of all time. UPS puts you to shame, the exhausted overworked single moms door dashing on the side are more committed than your best employee, and the pony express got mail to its destination faster than you.

Your service really sucks. I need to remind myself not even buy from anyone if they ship via FedEx. There is no point for a seller to hustle to ship something ASAP just to get the goods stuck in some FedEx distribution center for weeks.

FedEx has repeatedly delivered my packages including perishable medication to the wrong address and refused to find and properly deliver the packages. They also refuse to deliver packages to disabled customers that require door delivery and repeatedly violate ADA laws. Do better.

Billions of packages delivered and delivery windows are still pure fiction. Stop wasting billions of hours of people's time with useless ETA ranges that mean nothing. Just tell people to waste their entire day; that would be much less stressful and honest!

Bad move @amazon giving a contract to FedEx. 80% of my packages are damaged. Delayed deliveries all the time. @FedEx is the worst. Worse than @USPS and that is saying something. @UPS IS the benchmark - get with the program. @amazon - the confidence for buying from you was established by Your trucks and USP trucks. FedEx never scanned my return pick up at my house. Now blaming my missing package on everyone except themselves. There is zero chance you don’t have record of the employee who came to pick my package up. FedEx is truly terrible.

My package was probably stolen by FedEx ex? It's been 2 1/2 weeks and delivery updates are the same , they don't change to new tracking updates. Saying it was supposed to be delivered on the 24th doesn't make sense when it still says its on it's way?? This isn't right!

If only you cared this much about everyone else’s packages. Watched you driver on camera sit at my driveway for nearly 10 minutes throwing boxes around in the truck and never delivered my shipment. Guess this will be the second day in a row that FedEx Ocala drops the ball!

We’re ready to pay and resolve the account today, but no one can provide a complete electronic copy of our open invoices so we can verify and reconcile the charges.
