I have full trust in this young man; Based on his educational background he is well informed on issues to do with construction. Kindly oversight & keep the contractor on toes to curb any potential mismanagement of funds. This project can be a game changer to the community

Impressive work Bwana CS. So this dam is on progress? Someone told me earlier in the year that the dam had delayed even after the current contractor having been awarded the tender due to delayed disbursement from the government. Stalling is the cancer here.

It's impressive that you're asking the stakeholders to involve young people in this course. On this wise, I humbly opine if possible, your ministry can initiate a more structured way for this involvement to ensure that it ends not at talk level.

CS, you may also consider erecting another dam at Kiongwe meanders along Kitui-Zombe Road which has deep furrow-like slopes draining so much water to rivers as waste. That would be a game changer for the people of Kitui East Constituency.
