How does one stay connected with a modem that does not last more than 2 hours if not plugged in to charge? You could have installed a battery that lasts if you wanted people to stay connected. I have stopped using the modem, saving N15,000 per month.

one of the useless network 🛜 so far.. imagine paying for sub and not been credited. I called their customer care and they refunded my money after two days and I bought another sub and they are yet to credit me the sub again 😔
