This man sat down and recorded the most honest “Day 1” moment I’ve seen in a long time. No script, no filter — just him saying out loud, It’s real. It’s raw. And it’s me! I finally know who I AM. Today is day one of him leaving a 14-year career, stepping into a spiritual awakening, and building a new life (and business) that his soul has been guiding him toward. You can feel the fear, the excitement, and the deep release all at once. He talks about healing his inner child, forgiving himself as a dad, and finally choosing human connection over the old path. It’s such a powerful reminder that real awakening doesn’t always look polished or perfectly timed… it just feels real. And sometimes the bravest thing you can do is say “today is day one” out loud. Last night, that devil couldn't enter my home, so he kicked over every trash can as far as the eye could see. I ain't even mad, because I automatically knew why & who. I just went up & down the street for quite a bit of time, picking up messes with my boy Dax... The whole time, I was just praying & talking to Him. Neighbors probably don't know to thank me or call the asylum for seeing a guy talking to himself, smiling, while cleaning up their messes, too. Dax was quite the helper. He's my boy. Anywhooty, pray with me this morning. Our Father Which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done On earth, As it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, And the power, And the glory, For ever. Amen. Lord Jesus, I come to You grateful for a day I never could earn or never deserved. This morning is another mercy You handed me, & I won't take it for granted. Thank You for breath in my lungs, sight in my eyes, sound in my ears, & strength in my legs to rise up & stand firm in Your word. Thank You for letting me call on Your name, for giving me access to Your throne, just truth & grace. Thank You for watching over me while I rested, standing guard when I was unaware but safe in Your shadow. Thank You for the truth in Your Word that cleanses us, heals us, & never lies to us. Lord, thank You for fighting battles I never saw & winning wars I never even knew were coming. Thank You for carrying the weight of the world’s sin on that cross. Thank You for snapping chains, breaking curses, & shutting doors on anyone who came against what You’re building in me. Thank You for exposing sin I was blind to, without shaming me, but instead to free me. Thank You for letting me see darkness just long enough to recognize how holy & powerful Your light really is. Thank You for teaching me when to stay quiet, so I can hear Your voice clearer than the noise around me. Lord Jesus, bless this house & everyone lifting their voice with mine right now praising Your name. Arm us with the Living Word, clothe us head to toe in the Armor of God, & keep us standing when the pressure hits hard. Give us discernment to see every test as a testimony, every mess as a message, because now I know for myself that every lesson carries a blessing. Lord, I stand before You as Your obedient son, a loyal soldier, & a willing vessel. Forgive me for my sins & my trespasses, known & unknown. Thank You for every blessing You poured out on me today, seen & unseen. In the precious, undefeated name of Jesus, I pray, Amen & Amen Christ is King. Every knee will bend & every tongue will confess. Surrender. Pray. Win. Let's get it.

Here’s my controversial opinion why you technically don’t need reps near failure for driving serious muscle hypertrophy This training style truly isn’t for everyone. It’s for the few that are obsessed with getting as big as humanly possible especially for those who have made the decision to stay natty. I have other traditional bodybuilding programs, let me know in the comments if you would like a structured program that uses a more foundational approach I’ll send you a free week. The low rep stuff is what I use, and I like to talk about it, but it’s not even close to the only program or training method I use for others. The people who say it takes too long have never tried this style of training The people who say it takes too long are wrongfully assuming you’re lifting weight that is so heavy you need 3-5 minutes between sets to recover. There are many ways to recruit high threshold motor units, and for hypertrophy doing 7-9 reps to build up fatigue so that the last 2-3 reps your body is forced to recruit these motor units might be the absolute worst way to recruit them The easiest way is to add more weight, then add the effort into the concentric phase of the reps. This way you don’t need reps near failure, and by not needing to train so close to failure, you’re able to repeat sets quicker. Some sets as soon as 30 seconds, some later or last top sets up to 2-3 minutes Regardless, when you use this method you are trading junk volume for meaningful reps. You’re also managing your time in the gym around this concept to cut out all the other exercises you normally have to do This is why people finish these sessions in 75 min or so. Future of all interfaces on a two wheeler - voice! We have been excited about it for a long time. Ather pretty much invented the concept of touch screens on 2Ws (being the first to do that on a production bike) and we continue to invest heavily into capabilities and feature sets on it. But even as we push the envelope on that front (almost half of our vehicles today ship with a touch TFT and 100% ship with on-board compute and connectivity) we believe the future could very well be one that does not need you to glance at the display at all. Using LLMs and natural language processing and bundling that inside our smart helmets (Halo) we believe that being able to ‘just tell’ your scooter what you want can be super intuitive. In fact far more intuitive than stationary applications like mobile phones, laptops etc. On a scooter you can’t operate touch while riding and we would rather have you glance as little as possible when in heavy traffic or at high speeds. Being able to just tell your Ather what you want, especially inside the cocoon of your helmet (or on any bluetooth headset really) is a significant tech and experience upgrade for riders: Navigation: “Take me to Nandi Hills,” “Navigate home,” “Let’s go to Cubbon Park,” “How far is the nearest charger?” “ETA to jaljog choraha?” "Time to stadium circle?" Future of all interfaces on a two wheeler - voice! We have been excited about it for a long time. Ather pretty much invented the concept of touch screens on 2Ws (being the first to do that on a production bike) and we continue to invest heavily into capabilities and feature sets on it. But even as we push the envelope on that front (almost half of our vehicles today ship with a touch TFT and 100% ship with on-board compute and connectivity) we believe the future could very well be one that does not need you to glance at the display at all. Using LLMs and natural language processing and bundling that inside our smart helmets (Halo) we believe that being able to ‘just tell’ your scooter what you want can be super intuitive. In fact far more intuitive than stationary applications like mobile phones, laptops etc. On a scooter you can’t operate touch while riding and we would rather have you glance as little as possible when in heavy traffic or at high speeds. Being able to just tell your Ather what you want, especially inside the cocoon of your helmet (or on any bluetooth headset really) is a significant tech and experience upgrade for riders: Navigation: “Take me to Nandi Hills,” “Navigate home,” “Let’s go to Cubbon Park,” “How far is the nearest charger?” “ETA to jaljog choraha?” "Time to stadium circle?" I never imagined I would be writing something like this again. This year started with hope—I told myself I would work hard, save more, and finally have a little breathing space. But living with Sickle Cell has a way of rewriting your plans. Month after month, I found myself spending more time in hospital wards than anywhere else. Every small earning I made quietly disappeared into drugs, tests, injections, and emergency treatments. Still, I kept pushing through the pain, believing I could handle it. Living with Sickle Cell means constant hospital visits, unexpected crises, and medical bills that never seem to end. I’ve spent almost everything I earned just trying to stay afloat and manage the pain. 💔 Right now, I urgently need an Exchange Blood Transfusion (EBT) to help ease the pain and stabilize my health. The EBT procedure is not optional for me at this point; it is the only way to manage my condition effectively and give me a real chance at living a healthier and stable life. Unfortunately, I can’t afford the cost on my own this time. My family too have put in alot trying to keep me stable. One minute, I am happy and working, the next, I am being transfused in the hospital, fighting to stay alive.
