In 2025, the Western States 100 is going to be a track meet. I think that in 5-10 years, almost every major ultra is going to be a track meet. Our big theory is that as ultrarunners probe the limits of human physiology, athletes will be leaving time on the table if they aren’t developing their true speed. And most athletes can’t leave time on the table as the margins get more and more narrow. That theory doesn’t mean you need to be ready for a track race—I would get my doors blown off at the Olympic Trials. It just means that every aspect of running economy has a relation to top speed. Mile speed is connected to 5k speed is connected to 100-mile speed is connected to multi-day speed. We all have our limiters, and pushing back the speed limit via strides and workouts causes immediate and sustained improvement even at very low effort levels. The same principles apply to athletes doing their first ultra or dreaming of staying ahead of cutoffs (it might even apply more). Plus, it’s fun. The amazing Cody Bare filmed my workout yesterday for The Feed (for an upcoming video series), and this is the finish of the final 3 minute interval. The session: 4 miles Z2 warm-up 6 x (3 min on/1 min easy/1 min on/1 min easy) GI training consisting of 32 oz fluid at once 2.5 miles Z2/Z3 steady running after workout At the end of the video, I go to my arms, inspired by track/trail runners like Allie Ostrander and Anna Gibson and Grayson Murphy (hitting 3:50 min/mile pace). As I said at the end with my hands on my knees: “fun.” It’s so exciting to see how our understanding of human limits is changing with big fueling, an emphasis on long-term health, and fun training. I am so inspired by everyone out there pushing their own limits, wherever those limits happen to be. I can’t wait to see where all of you go in 2025. Let’s have some fun 🧡 WE LOVE YOU ALL (even more than we love strides)

Coaches— As I started receiving offers last fall, I made the decision to enjoy the journey and trust His timing. My plan was to wait until the end of this summer before making a commitment so I could focus on my training and junior season. It’s been an amazing journey, and my recruitment remains OPEN. This summer I’ll be competing across the country against some of the best while continuing to learn about programs and build relationships with coaches as I search for the best fit both on and off the field. I am a middle infielder/utility player who takes pride in my work ethic, preparation, and development. My goal is to be one of the hardest workers on any team, compete at a high level, and help a program win. If you feel like I can help your program, I’d love to connect. I plan to make my decision later this summer. Below is my summer schedule, junior year highlights, and a few accomplishments: 🥎 Hernando High School 🥎 Impact Gold 16U Pipkin 🎓 Class of 2027 🏆 1x 7A MHSAA State Champion 🥈 3x 7A MHSAA State Runner-Up 🏆 2x National Champion ⭐️ 3x 7A All-State 🏅 All-District MVP ⭐️ 2x Region 7A First Team ⭐️ 2x Region 7A Second Team ⭐️ 3x DeSoto County All-County ⭐️ 2x MHSAA All-Star #SoftballRecruiting #2027Grad ImpactGold-Pipkin Jazz Jackson-Vesely Nicki Whitten Carie Dever Boaz Alex Webb Hernando Softball Athlete Recruiting Promotion - Softball Keith Stepter II, PT, DPT, CSCS, CMFA-L1 Athlete Vanity Young Athletes Fitness Scout Softball @CoastRecruitsSB USA Softball Recruiting🥎 MISSHSAA BallGirlSports Line Drive Media Top Preps - College Coaches, Recruiters, & Scouts Sports News By Sunil Sunder Raj EXTRA INNING SOFTBALL I❤️Fastpitch Softball Home🥎 Down South Softball Get 2 College Athletics Diamond Addicts MaxPreps Coach Steinman Greg Kennedy Thee Softball Report Scanlan Sports

I am beyond blessed and excited to announce my commitment to play Division I basketball at the University at Buffalo! 🐂💙 First and foremost, all glory to God. Thank You for the strength, guidance, and talent You’ve given me to reach this moment. None of this is possible without You. To my mom and dad… my biggest fans, my rocks. Thank you for your endless love, sacrifice, and encouragement. From the early mornings to the late nights, the pep talks, the dad workouts, and even the tough love. I’m forever grateful. To Brittany and Lilly—thank you for being my best friends on the court. Britt, you always had some weird face to lighten even the most stressful games 😂. Lilly, your competitiveness pushed me to push myself. AJ, you’ll always be my #1 fan—there’s never a highlight without your voice in the background screaming like I just hit the game-winner or talking trash to the opposing team. Brooklynn, I can’t wait to come back and coach you—get ready! To my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins—thank you for always showing up, cheering loud, and believing in me. Your love has meant the world to me every step of the way, and I’m beyond grateful that I’ll get to share this next chapter with you at UB. To my teammates: you’re more than teammates—you’re family. Thank you for pushing me, believing in me, and making this journey unforgettable. To my amazing coaches— Thank you all!! Coach Darren Fenn, Coach Matt Oswalt, Coach Nick O’Neal, Coach Mike Mills, Coach Erin Strassburg, Coach Sal Caterina, Coach Jeff Jachlewski. Each of you played a part in shaping me into the player and person I am today. Thank you for challenging me, guiding me, and always believing in who I could become. To my trainers—Howie Washington, Noah Hutchins, Rudy Bragg, and Mark Price—thank you for every hour in the gym, every rep, and every word of advice. You helped shape my game and my mindset. (Also… y’all know I was cooking you in those shooting drills 😎🔥.) To every school that recruited me and offered a scholarship—thank you. I’m honored by your interest and grateful for the opportunity. And finally, an enormous thank you to Coach Sharkey Kristen Sharkey and the entire University at Buffalo coaching staff @UBwomenshoops for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity!!! I’m fired up to officially become a Bull! I can’t wait to train, compete, and represent UB with everything I’ve got—on and off the court. I’m ready to grow, win, and be a part of something special!!! Let’s make history! 💙🐂 Let’s get to work! #GoBulls #HornsUp #Committed

5 years 🐭 • 5 years I’ve been sick and injured from this poison • 5 years I’ve been mainly bedbound and unable to work as a RN, where before my jab I was once healthy, in the best shape of my life & ready to start a family • Now I’m 40, disabled & can barely do my Activities of Daily Living • I am around 25-30% functional on a good day with having only about 4-5 good days in a month • I still have spike protein persistence 5 years later and will continue to produce them until i die bc there is no off switch- i also have t cell depletion along with CD3, CD4, & CD 8 cells- so it has wiped out my immune system completely- aka VAIDS • Before becoming a nurse, I was blessed naturally with a freakish athletic ability and talent • Any sport I played I excelled in, especially softball, basketball and volleyball - I started playing softball when I was 4 years old •In high school i lettered in varsity Volleyball, Basketball, and softball all 4 years. I earned so many accolades in softball and was a super star in my state—I was a 4 time all county, 4 time all conference, 2 time all region, 2 time All state shortstop and pitcher, County player of the year, and 2 time State Champion 👊✊ • Those were the happiest days of my life. After high school I went on to play college softball at a D2 school instead of going professional or playing D1 to be close to my family after my moms death my senior year. • I played 2 years of college ball and broke a few records my freshman year one being stolen base record: I was quick like lightning and my fastest time clocked in running to first base was 2.78 seconds in 40 feet 🐭 Of course I was lead off batter. I would get on base, steal 2nd and 3rd and would get hit home to score every time😃 I was also being scouted to play professional softball but pursued being a nurse instead. • I am now confirmed, diagnosed and a documented adverse reaction to the mRNA vaccine with temporal association due to symptoms occurring 8 hours after my injection • My past medical history only consisted of a pollen allergy which I took daily Claritin for, mono as a teen and chicken pox as a child—That’s it —No surgeries, or other problems • I now suffer not only with being in cytokine storm, but also a bunch of new onset diagnosis that it has caused—POTS (postural Orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) , MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) Mthfr gene mutation, tremors, muscle mass loss, neurocognitive issues, monocyte and macrophage activation with all three monocyte likes expressing S1 Vax spike, mitochondrial failure, nitric oxide pathway failure, shingles, ebv reactivated, hot flashes, ovarian failure, severe adrenal insufficiency, leaky gut, hypertension, inappropriate sinus tach with pacs, pvcs, and ventricular trigeminy, adhd, depression, anxiety, ptsd, ocd, extensive hair loss alopecia, skin rashes and bumps, syncope, dizziness, tinnitus, shortness of breath on exertion , amyloid fibrin micro clots and activated platelet cascade, joint pain and swelling, palpitations and the list goes on • I speak out about my injury bc this poison needs pulled from the shelves ASAP and investigated because it is a threat to my posterity 💜Just Keep Swimming💜 Nurse Lyndsey (video is from summer 2022– when i was able to formulate a sentence again i haven’t stopped speaking out since)

Kevin O’Connell tells Vikings QBs he doesn't care if they throw interceptions in training camp “There are so many things in society, not even just football nowadays, where we want to decide in a moment this guy can or can’t, this guy’s a success or failure. And it’s just not in alignment with the reality of the position or our game.” “Everything should be driven by process, and part of process is failure. Every year in training camp I give my yearly State of the Union on the first practice: ‘Just as a heads up, I’m not going to be commenting on you guys taking your stats every single day. So-and-so went 6-of-11 with two interceptions, and then we chart it for the whole training camp and decide who won or lost this position or quarterback battle.’” “I challenge the quarterbacks all the time: we’re against Brian Flores every day. This is going to be a 10-out-of-10 stress for all of us. There are going to be good days and there are going to be bad days, but I want you to be aggressive with your decision-making.” “How will we know on third-and-eight in Week 12 that you can try to fit a ball in there to Justin Jefferson on a backside in-cut? How will we know if you don’t try to do it now?” “So when you do it now, and you take the proper footwork and try to throw it into a tight window and the ball gets tipped and intercepted, let’s go back and look at it first. I’ve got no problem with the decision. What was your footwork like? Were you in your base, balance, body position? Were you playing on the timing of the play? Did you make the protection call you needed?” “If you did all those things and it was just a blade of grass different from being the best completion you had all day, now you know.” “I can finish up a practice and go to the podium and have people say, ‘So-and-so really struggled today, didn’t you think?’ And I’m like, there’s not enough time in the day for me to explain all the reasons why you’re wrong. We’re going to go in the quarterback room, we’re going to watch it, and we’re going to be better tomorrow.”

For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of playing softball at the next level. Today, that dream is becoming a reality, and my heart is filled with so much gratitude. I know it didn’t happen by accident. Through every high, every low, every setback, and every answered prayer, God was preparing me for this moment. I trust His plan, His timing, and the purpose He has for my life, knowing that His plans are always greater than anything I could have imagined. I’m beyond blessed and incredibly emotional to announce that I have committed to Florida State University to continue my academic and softball career! This moment means so much more than just a commitment. It represents years of work, sacrifice, perseverance, and faith. It represents the people who believed in me when I didn’t always believe in myself. Most importantly, it reminds me that God has been working behind the scenes the entire time. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11 This school and this softball program have been on my heart for a very long time. It has always been my dream, and I truly believe God placed this opportunity in front of me because He knew it was the right choice for me. I’m so thankful for my family, coaches, teammates, friends, and everyone who has supported me, prayed for me, pushed me, and stood by me throughout this journey. I wouldn’t be here without you. To Coacha, T-Cam, T-Will, and Coach Rafter: Thank you for taking a chance on me, believing in me, and seeing the potential in me to contribute to your program. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than myself, and I can’t wait to give everything I have to this team. To Coach Jason: Thank you for believing in me, creating opportunities for me, making the calls, promoting me to coaches, and pushing me to become a better player and person. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without you. To Coach Roger : Thank you for instilling confidence in me and all the words of wisdom when I needed it the most. You have been a huge supporter from the first day we meet and I am so grateful. To my family, especially my dad: Thank you for every sacrifice, the early mornings, late nights, practices, long drives, tournaments, and tough conversations. Thank you for holding me accountable, staying consistent when things were hard, and giving up so much of your own time to help me chase this dream. You have always believed in me and helped shape the person and player I am today. I could never thank you enough. Most importantly, thank You, God, for leading me here, being with me every step of the way, and giving me a dream worth chasing. When I couldn’t see where the path was leading, You did. This is only the beginning. I’m ready to work, ready to learn, ready to grow, and ready to give everything I have to this next chapter. When God writes the story, you don’t have to worry about the ending. How VeryDarkMan urges Plateau youths to ‘restrategise, pick up arms and kill anyone they dont know By: Zagazola Makama Popular Nigerian social media personality, Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has stirred controversy following a viral video in which he allegedly called on youths in Plateau to “restrategise” and take up arms against perceived strangers in their communities. In the video, which has since circulated widely across social media platforms, the influencer was heard making statements interpreted as inciting violence amid the tense security situation in parts of Plateau State. “Anybody you see that is not from here, anybody that looks suspicious, before they get you down, get them down!” he said. He further urged residents not to rely on government intervention, saying: “If you keep quiet and wait for the government… it won’t be the first time, it won’t be the second time… when does this stop? You promise us security, but nobody is secure!” The content creator also appeared to call for a shift from passive reactions to active confrontation, stating: “No be only Boko Haram sabi kill, no be only bandit sabi kill. All of us fit kill… all of us na Killers, until you ready. No ever to say you no get the mind. You fit kill person. You can kill people. And for these people oh my God. He added: “Please protect yourselves and don’t wait for the government.” He further called on the “To the people of Rukuba Enough is Enough, Enough is Enough. Anybody wey you see wey cross your part, KILL AM However, few hour’s after his dangerous rhetoric and emotional outbursts violence quickly began to spread in the Northern part of Plateau. The same night, some youths of Rukuba went on rampage and began targeted killings especially in the Muslim communities.
