I get so paranoid when I'm in the middle of nowhere and it says to steal an item Like, will a horde of angry NPCs spawn out of nowhere?

its fun how the Exact.. like the EXACT same happens in oblivion. i was in the Feed bag in the imperial city run by that dark elf. a newspaper falls down so i use the grab key because i want to put it back on the STOP YOU FIL- STOP RIGHT THERE CRMINAL SCUM! [1 gold bounty] THEN PAY WITH YOUR BLOOD! and then the guard captain starts beating me and doing spinning attacks with his silver warhammer over a single gold bounty! >:( then in true oblivion style 10 guards instantly teleport into the room and start firing silver arrows at a single gold bounty target. best game 10/10
