STEALTH FIX 🛠️ So it appears they’ve put out a stealth patch to fix Ghostface’s infinite in the assassin variations. You can no longer dash cancel his Knife toss. Instead he will throw the knife regardless. #MK1 (Credit to YavedGaming for making me aware)

Tip! I just found this out, thanks to the birds for making me aware this was a thing. If you input dash then do parry to get drive rush you will only use 1 bar of drive gauge, instead of roughly 1.3-1.5. (If you see the parry it uses more)

A small fix bladed knife is an excellent addition to a pistol. Having it where you can access it with both hands is a lesson I learned the first time I had to fight in kit. The purpose is to get back to your pistol or make space so you can draw if someone is on top of you. Keeping it in a comfortable location will make you less likely to leave it at home, it doesn’t need to be a Bowie, just big enough to suit the role.

Part of the reason IT people are being laid off is that many of their abilities can be replaced by AI. In the past, the joke was that you would just google it, but that still required some IT knowledge. Now, you can ask AI how to fix an issue and it will walk you through how to fix most things. (if you have admin permissions to your computer) To be fair, no one knows all the weird nuances and issues that can arise with software so google has always been used to find IT fixes - but it took more research and knowing how to implement the fix before.

It seems iOS 26 no longer uses _UIRemoteView on extensions, instead everything is using _UIScenePresentationView now. Interestingly, there appears to be some black magic that allows keyboard focus to still working fine on iOS 27, so there’s probably some way to fix it in LiveContainer multitask without introducing any sort of proxying input. Demo below shows LiveProcess scene injected to the file picker sheet.

IT WORKS!!! WINDOWS 95 IN THE BROWSER 🤯👌 THANK YOU @lavenderleaf86 + Roberto for helping me to figure it out!!! I had to type > boot -l c instead of > c: > boot It booted Windows 95 in the browser now, display is stuck to 16 colors and low reso but it works! Now next is get dial up working Also it crashed when I tried to run DOOM 2 so I need to see how to fix that

Wow. Anything I can think of can now be realized. Any idea, story, character, etc. Full length episodes are no longer a pipe dream. Full length films are also possible. With enough time, anybody can do it. The question is, where are you going to go for your fix?

on the topic of what constitutes "polish" - for me it's about cleaning up those tiny blips and bugs that on their own can be missed or forgiven, but in aggregate give an impression of lower quality here, when the player enters a new area, the cutscene ends when Zayd comes to a standstill. If you're holding the stick, ready to run, he stops and then immediately starts running again, which causes this fraction-of-a-second pause in the animation. You can see it twice in this video - the first time when he enters the hut and pauses on the green carpet, and then again when he exits onto the deck. Ideally, if the player is holding the stick when the cutscene ends, Zayd won't come to a standstill, but instead will transition seamlessly from cutscene-running to player-controlled running. it's such a tiny visual glitch, and on its own not worth the 15 mins it will take me to fix it. I might even decide to not fix it after all. But this for me is a classic example of "polish"

There’s currently a bug for keyboard players where, if your build key is bound to F (in my case, for the ramp), it will not pull out the build unless you select another building piece. Please fix this it’s unplayable 🙃Fortnite Status
