The Tesla Model 3/Y produced in the 2017-2024 timeframe all have just an air conditioning vent in the back. But it would be great to turn it into a smart screen that can watch movies, play games and other controls.
What’s the difference?
You know you are mature when you stop wasting money on “upgrades” that reduce the value of your property.

The original one looks better.
Screw that, keep it standard and spend the money on an old car to take to track days :D
Leave any steering wheel repair, upgrade, and modification to the licensed pros, tampering with the steering wheel's inner workings can trigger the air bag to explode in your face with sometimes fatal consequences!
