Step by step, using the best technology available, we’re building the best universal public healthcare system in the world.

“Bro is speedrunning nation-building like it’s a side quest. El Salvador about to unlock the ‘S-Tier Healthcare Upgrade’ before the rest of the world even finds the map.” 🐐🇸🇻⚡️😂

Dios bendiga a El Salvador en la era de @nayibbukele. 🇸🇻🙏🏻

Singapore proved you fix healthcare with incentives. Bukele proved you scale it with technology. Put them together and you get affordable healthcare without rewarding bad behaviour.

Using modern tech to provide state of the art universal healthcare for all of our citizens, free of cost, is a genius move. Thank you President @nayibbukele for coming up with innovative ideas that are transforming our nation. 🇸🇻

Mejorando cada día a El Salvador. 🇸🇻

Paso a paso El Salvador avanza 🇸🇻

Lo queremos mucho Presidente Nayib Bukele. DIOS le de larga vida. 🙏🏼🙇🏻‍♂️

Two days in your country from the United Kingdom and so far, very impressed. So much energy and optimism, apparently you can just do things.

Excellent work. A lot of this stuff if you can pull it off should be studied and replicated. For example the proof crime can be repelled, you just have to care more about citizens.

This is why you have a whopping 94% re-election approval rate, the highest in the world and the highest in history for any politician. -

Under President Nayib Bukele's administration, this AI-driven platform marks a bold step toward universal healthcare, leveraging cutting-edge tech to bridge gaps in access, efficiency, and affordability.

@ErinnFL Try not to become the monster…

This is what a president needs to look and function like, absolute care for the people and the country You are a model to the world despite the hate and I respect you for that I wish my country's president can be 2% of what you are

I hope the US is taking notice! We need a new system here.

Your Country is very blessed to have you as their President

Please can you fix the UK afterwards? We are in dark times and badly in need of someone like you.

Leadership is about making life better for your people. Keep going!

¿Por qué escribe en inglés si está dirigiéndose a un público que habla en español? No sea usted tan anglófilo. Lo hispano es mucho más importante que lo anglo.

Looking like a great place to visit long term.

God Bless you Sir. 🙏💜

When I hear phrases like universal healthcare from people like Bernie I think "this is commie garbage, it will never work" when I hear it from you I think "well if he's doing it, it will probably work spectacularly"

I think @ChefGruel needs to play you in the Nayib Bukele movie.

Step by step you say Nayib

My President Bukele, gracias. Gracias. Your country vision is putting El Salvador in an amazing place for other countries to follow the lead. Countries need this example. I am so proud to be Salvadorean because of you. 🤗🙏👌❤️. HOW I LOVE THEE and Thank God for you. 🙏🙏🤗🤗

Congratulations to you President Nayib Bukele, and to your people, you look after your people and their safety and health so well.

Mr President, what you’re doing for your people will be in the history books. 🔥

Wouldn't it be nice if those who claim to be leaders in America could work on something like this instead of being totally obsessed with destroying our president Donald Trump?

Seguimos avanzando, muchas gracias señor presidente.

What you have done for El Salvador is outstanding. Bravo El presidente I know this is just the beginning.💪🏾🎉

MR PRESIDENT, GOD HAD MERCY ON A SUFFERING PEOPLE BY SENDING YOU. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR HEALTH, AND FOR EVERYTHING YOU'RE DOING STEP BY STEP FOR THE WELL-BEING OF YOUR BELOVED SALVADOREAN PEOPLE. BLESSINGS ALWAYS 🙏

Gosh I wish Canada had Bukele
