Go to Cursor settings, go to the "Models" tab, and then click on "Add Model"

You'll also have to turn on the toggle in Cursor where it says OpenAI API Key on as this model doesn't seem to work with a Cursor Pro subscription, yet. This means, you'll incur costs directly.

Depends. I prefer the speed of claude so far but Iโ€™ve only had an hour of testing.
