Stephen A. Smith calls out a glaring “problem” with Democrats complaining about “free speech violations” after Jimmy Kimmel’s show was yanked off the air. “Did we say that when Tucker Carlson was pulled off the air by Fox News? Did we say that? Or would we say that if...

He may think that he's "Independent" but they're gonna label him MAGA at the rate he's going. 🧐🤣

Stephen A. Smith nails the hypocrisy. Democrats cheered when Roseanne Barr got axed for a joke, Gina Carano was fired for opposing pronoun madness, and JK Rowling was canceled for defending women. Now they cry "free speech" because Kimmel lied about Kirk’s assassin being MAGA? Classic D.C. double standard. The same crowd that demanded censorship of COVID dissenters suddenly cares about rights when their own face consequences. Where was this outrage when Biden’s team pressured Big Tech to silence Americans? Selective outrage exposes their corruption—rules for thee, not for me.

And when all of that happened, Jimmy laughed the whole time and made light of it.

Democrats love free speech for themselves while having no problem censoring the right into oblivion.

This man is the definition of consistent. Mad respect @stephenasmith. You’re on the small list of journalists who reliably speak facts even when they’re not popular. If more journalists followed your lead, the industry wouldn’t be daily ceding audience to social influencers.

@stephenasmith is really bringing it! He may not be a Trump fan, but he is an honest man. That is one of the highest compliments possible nowadays.

Only Democrat smart enough to criticize his own party. This is being human, not a robot. This is what the people want.

Exactly, and everyone knows if the left were to be in power tomorrow they would be straight back into the full censorship of their political opponents.

What Stephen fails to acknowledge is that Kimmel is a host of a comedy show making a joke. Tucker Carlson was host of a news show who lost a court case to the company he knowingly lied about.

He’s running. But it won’t be as a democrat. If he runs as a democrat they’ll fix it against him… they won’t tolerate this kind of truth telling on their side.

You have to remember that those who buy into the injustice of Kimmel being pulled are already deeply brainwashed. It's a big problem in this country. Many of the leaders on the left are brainwashed as well. Those who aren't brainwashed are just plain evil.

Here's the problem: do we have fuck-all evidence that the Biden Administration had jack to do with Gutfield and Tucker? If they did, FNC would have blasted it from the rooftops. On the other hand, we have Trump's FCC chairman dropping threats on camera.

The difference matters: Tucker & Gutfeld were corporate decisions—Fox can fire its own hosts. Kimmel’s case involved government pressure on ABC, which raises 1st Amendment concerns. Hypocrisy is one thing, state power is another. That’s the line Stephen A. missed.

It's only a threat to democracy when the democrats are involved.

Of course the left has ‘no problem’ when ‘free speech’ supports their MADNESS! Just look at their current INSANITY, taking copious amounts of TYLENOL just because MAHA announced NOT GOOD. This ‘protest’ against fact, shows the suffering & damage of TDS.

This moron doesn’t understand ABC was pressured by the FCC on the behalf of President Dofus to take Kimmel off the air. That’s not only illegal but a dangerous slippery slope! The comparison he’s making is completely asinine!

I like Stephen A. I know he sides with Dems inexplicably, but at least he's reasonable and on point some of the time. At some point hopefullly he might realize that there is nothing redeeming or redeemable about the Democratic party.

But it’s not the same thing is it? The Biden Administration went to X, Facebook, Google, etc… directly and forced them to sensor conservative voices, squash any media opinion they didn’t like, even went so far as to have a President’s account locked when he disagreed with them. Disney was not forced, nor were they compelled. They fired the host of a failing program that still nobody watches.

Stephen A Smith is a Republican. Every other video he's either apologizing or making an excuse for MAGA or he's criticizing Democrats exclusively. I never see this motherfucker say anything critical about Trump. That's cowardice at work.

EMIBONNIEANY MID YEAR SALE #EucerinxEmiBonnieAny 🎤: What was the moment that you were most impressed with during Blush Blossom Fan Fest? 🦊: "หัวไหล่ตูด (Head, Shoulders, Butt)" which was one of the songs we performed, bc the shows on the first and second day of the concert were different. We changed a bit of the choreography on the second day. When we had spare moments on the second day, we would practice. We used our limited break time to practice and make it a different show, so that the fans could feel awed. 🐰: I was going to say the same thing as P'Mi. 🦊: Really? 🐰: Yeah. 🦊: It was a pretty amazing shot. 🐰: Yeah, it was a moment that we didn't dance the same on both days. 🦊: And we thought that very morning like, why don't we make the shows not the same? 🐰: Yeah. And when we were doing the (photo) benefits, the fans might've seen us looking dazed. We were dazed, but inside we were thinking, what should we do? What should we do? 🦊: What should we do for the fans to be even more excited? 🐰: We were reviewing the moves in our head. 🎤: There was a comment just now saying, "You did amazing. The shows were not the same." 🦊: We were a bit anxious, bc we didn't have time to do a run through at all. We practiced in the room and then performed it on stage. I was nervous abt whether we would be able to do it. Usually, I can't remember choreography that quickly. So I was a bit nervous abt whether we'd be able to do it. It was definitely a memorable moment. 🎤: But it came out very memorable. 🦊: Yeah, it came out exactly as we envisioned. Even better, actually.

Carson Palmer says he and Chad Ochocinco would argue about whether or not he was open on the previous drive, so they drove to Indianapolis to study what Peyton Manning, Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne did on the sidelines “Chad and I were having a lot of success on the field, but then we’d come off the field and he’d be, ‘Dude, I’m wide open.’ And I’d go look at the picture like, ‘There’s 19 guys covering you. You’re not.’” “So we went down there to see what those guys were doing when the defense was on the field. What was Peyton doing? Was Peyton sitting by himself? Was he looking at pictures? What was Marvin doing? Was Marvin goofing off like Chad was?” “So we went to learn. We saw them communicate. They literally talked every series after. And it was never Marvin going over to Peyton. It was Peyton coming over to Marvin and Reggie.” “That was just something we implemented. We saw what they were doing on the field, obviously, but you don’t get to see what they’re doing when they’re getting Gatorade in between series.” “Seeing that constant dialogue and talking about this, talking through that — that was something that helped Chad and I get even more on the same page.” “We wanted to see what was going on. What kind of communication was it? Once a quarter? It was every series.” “They went three-and-out, there’s three runs, they would come over and talk about something because they’re always, ‘All right, we ran the ball three times. Here’s the run action we gave them. We’re going to hit them with the play-action post or the play-action corner,’ whatever it was.” “They were getting ready for that next series. And that’s something that Chad and I implemented into our games.”
