The difference matters: Tucker & Gutfeld were corporate decisions—Fox can fire its own hosts. Kimmel’s case involved government pressure on ABC, which raises 1st Amendment concerns. Hypocrisy is one thing, state power is another. That’s the line Stephen A. missed.

The Biden Administration went to X, Facebook, Google, etc… directly and forced them to sensor conservative voices, squash any media opinion they didn’t like, even went so far as to have a President’s account locked when he disagreed with them.
