They 1000% giving Bron a statue. May be Wade county but in his 4 years in Miami he’s responsible for - more finals appearances than they ever had - more championships then ever - the only 2 MVPs in franchise history - the most finals MVPs in franchise history Statue

@stephenasmith said Lebron James to GS would help his chance of winning another championship. Now he is saying Cleveland where Lebron James should go. Barking A Smith is like Trump. Changes his mind very often.

Stephen A. Smith is underselling LeBron’s impact. Regardless of statues, James redefined the Lakers and Heat franchises upon his arrival. His legacy is etched in the record books and championship banners, which carry far more weight than physical bronze monuments.

How does he not get a statue in Miami when that was easily the best 4 years the franchise has ever had and LeBron is by far best player they’ve ever had, and you only have 3 total championships and bron got you 2 of them as the best player

He should get one on every team he played cuz he won with each one. He got CLE a ring after 50+ years he’s getting a statue. He got 2 rings and solidified His career with the Heat. He’s getting a statue. And he broke and created records with the Lakers

Stephen A Smith says the biggest issue with LeBron going to Miami, is Pat Riley would get all the credit if they win a championship: “If LeBron James goes to Miami and helps them win in Miami, Pat Riley gets the credit. It’s Pat that went out and got Giannis and then LeBron… the champion is the executive that’s pulled it off again in his 80s.., LeBron is just the latest player he acquired to help elevate their franchise and the Pat Riley mystique. If you know anything about LeBron, he prides himself on being more than that.” (Via Stephen A Smith(

Stephen A Smith doesn’t think LeBron will go to Miami because of Pat Riley: “I’ve gone back and forth between Cleveland and Golden State for this reason. I think if you go to Miami, that’s about Pat Riley more so than about him. Even though fences have probably been mended to some degree, the bottom line is LeBron is trying to help himself, not Pat Riley.” (Via First Take)

Many executives around the league believe the BEST landing spot for LeBron James is the Miami Heat, per Stephen A Smith “Do you go back to Miami? You got a lot of executives out there speculating that’s the best spot for him because Cleveland’s style of play ain’t gonna cut it. I was speaking with one executive who said ‘when has James Harden ever given up the basketball?’ — That’s why they rule Cleveland out and think Miami is the best possible scenario.”

Giannis Antetokounmpo WANTS LeBron James to join the Heat, per Shams Charania “There’s a draw with Miami. Pat Riley is a draw, Spoelstra is a draw. I have gotten any feel that there’s still tension between LeBron and Pat Riley that would detour him from that. I think Bam and Giannis are big draws for him too. He played team USA for Bam and has a lot of respect for Bam. Giannis would want LeBron in Miami from my understanding as well. No state taxes…. In January, you think about Miami and, it’s Miami! If you have a team that is basically neck and neck but one of them is based in Miami, with no state taxes.”

Vince Goodwill believes Miami is the BEST place for LeBron to compete for a championship: “I think Miami is a potential third team when you think about all the lessons that LeBron learned through his career, his most fruitful, the best version of LeBron was with the Miami Heat, Erik Spoelstra and Pat Riley. When you look at them getting Giannis, and then Tim Hardaway one of the best 6th man 3PT shooters in the league. They’re going about the business making themselves attractive to a player like LeBron…. With the Miami Heat, to have a guy like that to sort of glue everything together, that to me is more intriguing from a winning standpoint.”

Frank Isola believes Miami with LeBron would be better than Golden State with LeBron: “I definitely think it’s Miami. Think about the two terrific defensive players you’re going to have. Giannis going to Miami, a little similar in Kevin Garnett when he left Minnesota. He was rejuvenated. I think that Giannis will be rejuvenated in Miami… He needs LeBron initiating the offense, using his head. It’ll be great for him and Pat Riley always goes big game hunting. We’ll see if he can get one more whale.” (Via PTI)

Vince Goodwill believes Miami is the best landing spot for LeBron: “Where Miami to me stands out is, he doesn’t have to do the heavy lifting. That’s for Giannis, that’s for Bam. He’s become a better spot up shooter and he’s become better to play off of other players… I’ll just say this about Cleveland. Cleveland has a coach that told us in the media, he looked in the camera and told us during the ECF ‘analytically we’re up 3-0.’ Do you think LeBron James wants to play in that situation?’
