"If they come back and say there's no evidence"...doubtful. The letter to UM from the Big 10 basically said that the NCAA has made it clear. They can prove the cheating happened. The evidence is credible and 'uncontroverted'...and basically the investigation going forward is to simply see how deep it went. It sounds to me like the bare minimum would vacating 2021-2023 seasons.
