I wonder if during rehearsal whether they tried changing parts, because Colbert playing the part of a pot-savvy wife-swapper is hilarious.

At least Colbert and Carell can debate medical marijuana without turning it into a 7-hour hearing on whether a plant has a pronoun. America has prescription drug ads that sound like hostage videos, but somehow this is where everyone suddenly discovers moral panic. Legalize the common sense first; the rest of the conversation might become much easier.
