It is certainly NOT! It is a necessary deterrent to crime and invasion of this country! It sends a clear message to illegals et al that they will be sent to Alligator Alcatraz if they so much as scale, slide, swim or dig under the Wall a symbol of protection around America's southern border! Alegator Alcatraz is a detention facility for people who have entered the US illegally. It shouldn't try to be a desirable place to stay. They chose the name intentionally to project that it's an undesirable place to wind up to help encourage illegal aliens to self-deport.
