Just a note to everyone SCOTUS did not create any new "definitions of people who are ineligible for birthright citizenship" in the birthright decision. This coming EO will get a lawsuit and surely be struck down by federal courts.

The Trump administration keeps finding new ways to flex its bigotry & racism. Hand them a court ruling or an executive pen & they'll use it to decide whose citizenship counts.

There's no such rule established by SCOTUS, and the executive has no such authority under the US Constitution or by Congress

SCOTUS said that without limitation, a child born on U.S. soil, is a U.S. citizen. They did not issue a “new rule”. Brett Kavanaugh stated that Congress could amend federal statute USC 1401(a) or pass new legislation to create exemptions to birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to parents in the country temporarily or illegally. He is the only Supreme that held that opinion - the other 5 Justices that voted in support of birthright citizenship stated that it was a right guaranteed by 14A - and he certainly didn’t say that it would be legal for the President to sign an Executive Order to create exemptions. Trump’s EO will be struck down quickly.
