Stephon Castle said the controversy surrounding the Wemby elbow wasn't going to stop the Spurs from playing physical in Game 5: "If you're not physical with [the Timberwolves]... they have a lot of guys that can score in isos and play one-on-one. CADE LEVELS UP TO SEND PISTONS TO EAST SEMIFINALS One week ago, Cade Cunningham faced one of the biggest tests of his young career. The No. 1 Pistons were in a 3-1 hole against the No. 8 Magic after back-to-back losses. Cunningham had shot 15-of-46 in those losses while committing 17 turnovers – his most in any two-game span this season. Six days later, he walked off Detroit’s floor to a standing ovation – Game 7 in hand, and the Pistons’ first Playoff series win since 2008 was secured. To get there, he delivered his biggest three-game playoff stretch yet. Told ya. The NBA's Last 2 Minute Report confirms the out of bounds whistle on Stephon Castle was INCORRECT. In addition, NBA writer Tomer Azarly received confirmation from the league that Josh Hart should have been whistled for a foul on the Castle drive. Down 105-104 with 1:02 remaining, the Spurs were already in the bonus and the correct call would have given Castle a golden opportunity to take the lead with two massive free throws.
