Stephon Castle was asked about his “Hesi”- which stands for "hesitation" in basketball. It's a move where a player pauses their momentum or fakes a shot to deceive their defender and create an advantage or create better shooting opportunities.

Asked Kawhi Leonard about where he developed his famous work ethic from, and he gave a really insightful answer. Compared it to any job in life, whether it's being producer, basketball player, or a construction worker. "I was just being wise about it. With any craft, if it's being a producer, a rapper, or a basketball player, tennis player, they always talk about the work and the consistency. They go from all the greats in any genre or any aspect of a craftsmanship, it's always about work. Like I said, listening to music, studying different craftsmanships, from basketball and just overall anything. Somebody being a construction worker, building houses, it's always about the extra work and the extra hours you put in. That's what I took into my craft and wanted to be the best, one of the best to play, and that's what it is."

November will be a choice: Trump or Biden. Media will create caricatures, gaslight, and deceive. The American people must look at their own lives and judge the facts on the ground for themselves. And the answer will be clear: Trump did a MUCH BETTER job. It's not even close.

The “Jab Start” is an advantage 1v1 and a great way to work multiple facets of your one-on-ones! A jab shifts your defender’s weight in the direction of the jab and then by pausing or hesitating and leaning back, you can shift their weight back to the center which allows you to catch them flat-footed. The Jab Hesitation move will get you a huge step. This “Jab” start also allows players to work on how to capitalize on an advantage. If you get a bigger step you can learn to hesi or on the run hitch to buy time or draw checks. If you get a smaller step, it’s the perfect time to practice initiating contact and bouncing into space.

London leads the way as the sporting capital of the world, and I fully support the London Lions Basketball in their vision to create a world class basketball facility. This venue would grow the sport, create opportunities for young people and bring economic benefits to our city.

Trump: "The people are walking down the street in DC holding their husband or their boyfriend's hand and they're not worried about being raped or mugged or shot at. And it's been an amazing things. And we'll do that in every city. We'll do 'em sort of one at a time, a couple at a time. And we have a tremendous force."

UNC Asheville has a player with one of the highest ceilings in college basketball in 6’7 Sophomore Guard Kameron Taylor. Taylor has had a strong season where he’s averaging 16/6/3 and is top 10 in PPG, and APG in the Big South. Taylor is one of the best athletes and at the rim creators in all of college basketball at 6’7 which is something you don’t see often for a player who’s Taylor’s age. Taylor is shooting an impressive 64% at the rim on 90 attempts which is one of the highest in the country and he’s doing it with impressive skill as a creator and driver. Taylor is also a strong passer for his height with the ability to create for his teammates and it’s helped him be one of the biggest PNR standout’s where he’s 88th percentile as a PNR player. Taylor is also a versatile defender who can defend multiple positions using his athleticism and length.
