Who owns these HipHop sites. We’re at a point right now, in social media and media as a whole, where we must reexamine who’s behind the platforms and pages that appear to represent Black culture. When you dig a little deeper, many of these outlets are owned by white corporations that profit from creating content designed to pit Black people against one another. But I’ll let you be the judge of that. My advice: always look at who’s at the core of what you consume especially in media and social media moving forward.

the dubai you see on your timeline and the dubai i see right now are completely different there's so much fear and panic being created by social media and legacy media right now because both are optimized for sensationalism, not accuracy i see blatantly fake footage being reshared and people falling for ai generated content that is obviously fabricated. the result is unnecessary panic among people sitting thousands of miles away (like my family) the people most panicked about dubai right now are the ones not in dubai. please be careful about what you choose to believe

I used to speak good, correct English before I started TikTok. Even when I began streaming, I was communicating with proper English, but I was only getting around 100 views. It was when I studied how social media works that I realized: if you want to blow up, you have to pretend to be dull and crazy. When people insult you or say something, you flip their words and use them to cash out on the fun. So I started using incorrect English, and I saw it working for me — I started getting 2k views, sometimes even 3k. I improved on it, it became natural to me, and now I even like it more because it’s bringing in real money🙆🏽‍♂️ —— Peller explained how he used to speak proper English before, but social media changed him🤦‍♂️
