Who owns these HipHop sites. We’re at a point right now, in social media and media as a whole, where we must reexamine who’s behind the platforms and pages that appear to represent Black culture. When you dig a little deeper, many of these outlets are owned by white corporations that profit from creating content designed to pit Black people against one another. But I’ll let you be the judge of that. My advice: always look at who’s at the core of what you consume especially in media and social media moving forward.

I used to speak good, correct English before I started TikTok. Even when I began streaming, I was communicating with proper English, but I was only getting around 100 views. It was when I studied how social media works that I realized: if you want to blow up, you have to pretend to be dull and crazy.
