Steve Hackett feat. John Wetton - Afterglow

Let me write something long: I have been reading the John Wetton tribute biography. There have been a few pages where I have had tears in my eyes. I have always liked John and Steve since the Genesis 7 King Crimson era. Seen them a few times live. For me all the struggles John had, that to me were completely unknown. This song and this performance in special sums up some of the struggles and experiences he had. Weirdly that song was not his, but connects all the dots. There is not a week in my life since 1979 I havent heard at least one John song. I am glad his body of work is gigantic, and thankfully in his last years of life he could enjoy life in different light, thanks to his friends and other musicians like Annie Haslam, Geoff Downes. Steve Hackett is another great among greats and this combination made such great events like the "Tokyo Tapes" and the UK reunion. God Bless John and Steve. thanks for the music and overcome struggles.
