This young man is being recorded because he had just hit a parked car owned by the woman recording. He apologized, saying it’s his mom’s car, he was moving it, and he didn’t mean to. She asks for his insurance information, and that’s when he takes off—only to hit a truck parked a few feet away. Is this guy wasted or what? I definitely think he had been drinking.
