Bro they are bringing back these characters because Doctor Doom is trying to stop potential incursions that may be caused by Steve Rogers and Thor. Steve Rogers going to another timeline/Universe to start a family with Peggy Carter, and Thor messed with the timeline in Love & Thunder.

And they switched to Doom because their original plan wasn’t working and they got an easy out with the Jonathan Majors situation

Lol okay Anthony Mackie isn’t that good of an actor but let’s be real, Disney forcing Sam Wilson to take the moral high ground by refusing the super soldier serum was also a vicious way to cripple him in his super hero journey.

you’re really not taking into account how bad these movies/shows were. i’m still a fan and have seen most of them (in theaters at that) but the fact is the writing/filmmaking has been mid at best

you must be mistaken. there is a reason its been clarified that steve rogers is back, and not captain america. because captain america the mantle never left and will continue with sam wilson. there are a ton of other alter egos from canon that steve rogers will probably adopt in the new movie. you better believe we will get a scene where steve will tell falcon .. Lets be real nobody cares about another character taking up the mantle of an older character we care about the characters themselves be it steve rogers or tony stark not just the hero identity only reason miles morales succeded is cause he had people care about miles morales

Falcon is a great character. He’s just not cap. He’s falcon. Falcon and the Winter Soldier was fun. Red hulk was kinda meh. In general MCU is probably about done if they don’t change their approach.

The only movie post Endgame i enjoyed was Thunderbolts and Black Widow. Thunderbolts, was a very good movie because I actually cared about those flawed characters, they had a back story I was familiar with and I wanted them, as flawed as they were, to win.

Tell them to stop making shitty productions and maybe people would support? Idk? Have you thought about that?

To be fair, they have to send off these characters for that soft reboot after Secret Wars. Old characters were bound to return eventually. I’m willing to bet these next 2 films will be Chris Evans and RDJ’s last MCU films before they recast Captain America, Tony/Iron Man and Doom

You’re right people didn’t support, just like they didn’t support Sam Wilson as Captain America in the comics. But it wasn’t just because people found Sam boring, Marvel never invested in his character as Captain America. They didn’t give him a big story with a big villain.

These people are weird, because they wanted him back ever since the falcon show aired, and now they’re saying we don’t want him back anymore.
