One of my favorite players ever on and off the court

2 hours of Steven Adams chat…

that’s elite mental health hacking. Simple, effective, and mature as hell. Respect.

10k bookmarks… the clip is downloadable btw (long press) so you can save it to your device You’ll struggle to find a more relatable and authentic source of encouragement to embrace some inner child work

Inner child work, similar to the Hawaiian technique called Ho’oponopono.

“Teacher shows up when the student’s ready”

Ill stick with self sabotage pal, thanks

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7🙏

Ima start doing this

This reminds of me of anchoring techniques in the book the happiness trap

One of many reasons he makes such a great teammate. 💯💯

wait that’s dope

Might need to test this
