Still blows my mind how much of “work” is just circulating information. How much faster would teams move if everyone knew everything everyone else knows? Surprising how close you can get by just having a single agent sit on all your meetings that everyone can query.

this would easily kill so many pointless meetings

Set up by telling Lindy "put any sales calls in this folder, and share it with my whole team." Try now:

“how much of work is just circulating information” perfectly explains most fake email jobs

agreed. we stuck with the old ways for far too long.

Agree. I have been thinking about the same thing recently. What was a meeting could literally just be an agent response/outouts. It's a great application of agents to increase collaboration among teams.

agreed. thanks elvis!

This shift must happen, offices are just too slow. All corporate knowledge must be queryable.

agreed, happening already!

Whoever makes these videos needs to get a raise 🔥

The amount of a workday that's just one person relaying what someone else already said in a different meeting is wild once you watch one agent close that gap.

yeah 100%. we've witnessed that at Lindy too even with our size

does everyone on the team get access to the same context?

no, you choose who each meeting is shared with. people only see what they have access to.

I love having an agent sit in on my meetings, it really helps so much with efficiency. Super impressed what Lindy is doing!

thanks, Leonard!

so good

thanks, Mo!

its answers to my questions are also insanely spot on. makes me never wanna go to a meeting again lol this is sm more efficient

thanks, Haneen!

bangerrrrr

thanks ares. try it out:

can you keep a folder private for calls you don't want shared?

yes! you have full control over who you share your meetings/meeting folders with

This is one of the most underrated use cases for AI. A huge amount of work is just finding out what someone else already knows. Give everyone access to the same context and suddenly the whole team moves faster.

let's goooo

🚀

banger

imagine how fast would it be if you didnt need ppl lmao

editor needs a raise!

does anyone check whether the agent's summary of a meeting matches what was actually said, or does the query interface just become the new record?

we’re just context coordinators

Tried something like this with transcripts + RAG. Scary part isn't that it works, it's how fast. Half the 'let's sync' meetings just evaporate.

AI cuts down information‑sharing friction, yet cognitive bias remains unsolved. Full searchable meeting records don’t remove the need for human judgement and decision‑making.

the bottleneck usually isn't access to info, it's that people don't act on what they already know. a queryable meeting agent won't fix a team that buries decisions in consensus loops

Half the meetings I've sat through existed only because someone missed a Slack thread three days earlier.

This is where I think the distinction matters. An agent can make captured information dramatically easier to retrieve, but that is not the same as everyone knowing everything everyone else knows. A lot of organizational knowledge never begins in a document or a meeting. Sometimes it is locked inside the mind of an engineer who has seen the environment for years and notices that something feels wrong before there is even a visible problem to document. The agent can query what has been externalized. It cannot query what has not yet crossed the boundary from human knowledge into a digital signal. That gap seems pretty important.
