Yep, couldn’t agree more. You just need to start with a big investment and go all in, or you start small and grow slowly over the years. Just like we did in Greece with our olive trees. We planted them 20 years ago, and last years harvest brought us round about 200 liters of olive oil. It’s just grows on the trees. Effin' olive oil!
