Only batter spreading and rolling out seems automatic, everything else is manual and slower than normal. Investment in this machine will only affect the business turnover instead of growing it.

Only automation I can see is, spreading the batter and rolling the Dosa. It is taking more time than the conventional method. But my concern is with the initial procedure, first the rag and then the newspaper 🤢🤮

In Bangalore, 10 dosas will be prepared in the same time by doing it manually

A guy in Udupi hotel would have prepared two rounds of multiple dosa!! That machine is definitely gonna rust in peace in a while!!
