The COVID national emergency was lifted in May 2023, but bureaucrats keep 40+ other emergencies active as power grabs. The REAL issue? Endless "emergencies" let D.C. bypass Congress, funnel cash to contractors, and strip states of sovereignty. Florida's geo-engineering ban means nothing when federal agencies weaponize old declarations to override local control. Time to sunset ALL perpetual emergencies and force Congress to vote on reauthorization - no more autopilot governance. The administrative state thrives on manufactured crises while taxpayers foot the bill.
