Have u tried soft resetting it? I usually soft reset it every after update. pressing once volume up and down and hold press the power button until it restars.

It’s a hardware issue brother! Had to return mine, they refunded it. Just bought a new one cos they couldn’t replace it, they were offering a repair as a solution. Not gonna happen cos i bought it brand new!

Strangely my iphone 16 pro had this issue with iOS 26, also suffered great battery drain so I bought the 18 pro max hoping to get better battery life but instead again I faced battery drain so I updated my 18 pro max and it bricked itself... 💩🤡 Thanks Apple
