If the Women's Reservation Bill had been passed, there would have been 307 more Blood Sucking VIPs just like this. They would still draw hefty pensions, salaries, and perks from your taxes & you would remain poor.

#ETH is the most oversold on the daily time frame since 2018. It could still go down more, but this is buying the range low. 1669 USD in a hefty discount and extremely oversold. It is also the POC since 2022. Are you buying this blood?

They're a bunch of tourists. Stuntman definitely has some good weight to it. The same studio and engine as the Driver series, which was known for the satisfying weight of the driving they squeezed out of the Playstation 1. Stuntman does stop on a dime, but it's still hefty.

We just received a jaw-dropping $20,300 (🤯) quote for a cookie machine. It's a "turn this big lump of dough into 70g cookies" machine and even handles fillings. Given our initial $47K-62K estimates, it's a sweet surprise. It does 800 cookies/hour when it's rolling, so not including making the actual dough. We probably do ~100-200 depending on the type (and need breaks!). So it's a no-brainer once we have the cash and enough stable demand to pay for this and salaries. But still, a hefty price tag! 😅

Just as Pacific Hurricane Lowell has reached Category 5 intensity, we can now no longer say with certainty that he won’t impact Hawaii next week. Over the course of today, models have started to substantially shift the storm’s expected track eastward after he makes an abrupt northerly turn on the weekend; and if this current trend persists, then you’re looking at a potential track that becomes dangerously close to or directly over Hawaii’s westernmost islands. Waters at that point would be too cool to support anything close to the 160 MPH, 927 MBAR peak we just saw, but that would still leave a likely-massive CAT 2+ Hurricane with hefty damage potential. For now, there remains a very wide range of possibilities, so there’s ample time to continue watching.

Hundreds of homebuyers who invested their hard-earned savings in apartments at Godrej Park Green remain trapped in uncertainty as possession of their homes continues to be delayed despite repeated assurances from the developer. Although the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation granted an Occupation Certificate (OC) to Godrej Skyline Developers Pvt Ltd on 20 March 2023, many buyers are still waiting to receive the keys to their long-promised homes. At a meeting with builder representatives held on Sunday, 24 May, Relationship Manager Deepali Patil once again assured homebuyers that possession would be handed over by 31 July 2026. For many purchasers, however, the latest promise has brought little relief. Homebuyers say years of delays have eroded their trust, leaving them burdened by mounting financial pressure and emotional stress. Several residents told Pune Times Mirror that they are caught in a painful double bind — paying hefty monthly home loan EMIs for apartments they still cannot occupy, while simultaneously bearing the cost of rent for their current homes. What was once sold as a dream home project has, for many families, become a prolonged wait marked by uncertainty, frustration, and broken timelines. #godrejparkgreen #delayedpossessions #buyersleftstranded #punenews

I am testing the amazing Enoch by Mike HealthRanger and team and it is absolutely amazing. A free local AI built on a far wider field of wisdom. My goal: get it to run offline on an iPhone! I am quantizing the model to an aggressive 2-bit level using Q2_K or Q4_K_M. We lose some resolution but we gain portability to any device. The full free version is still small but requires more hefty hardware. But look at this emergency nuclear Fallout response. The keeper-of-the-status-quo Wikipedia types would have you suffer with limited crude ways to react. This response is stellar and will save your life. I will be working on the quantized version and if it is worthy release it for free on the MIT license like the larger Enoch. I will also incorporate this model with all of my other free models as it is a goldmine of astonishing work. Thank you Mike amazing work sir.

🚨🇺🇸 NETFLIX’S $72 BILLION TAKEOVER OF WARNER BROS SHAKES HOLLYWOOD TO ITS CORE Netflix just rewrote Hollywood’s future. The streamer announced a $72 billion cash-and-stock deal to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery’s film and TV studios, HBO, HBO Max, and gaming business... its largest acquisition ever and one of the biggest in media history. The offer values Warner Bros. at $27.75 per share ($23.25 in cash and $4.50 in Netflix stock), totaling $82.7 billion when factoring in debt. It beats rival bids from Paramount Skydance and Comcast and comes with a hefty $5.8 billion breakup fee if regulators block it. Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos said it’s all about growth and storytelling: “We can’t stand still. We need to keep innovating and investing in stories that matter most to audiences, and that’s what this deal is all about. The combination of Netflix and Warner Brothers creates a better Netflix for the long term. It sets us up for success for decades to come. Warner Brothers has some of the best entertainment in the world, period.” The merger would unite franchises like Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and DC under one streaming roof, while preserving theatrical releases with shorter windows. 🚨 Breaking News: Shocking Update on Times Square Attack In a stunning turn of events, we have learned that two of the six individuals involved in the brutal attack on NYPD officers in Times Square are actually members of the notorious Venezuelan gang known as "Tren de Aragua." This revelation has sent shockwaves through the city, leaving many questioning how such dangerous criminals were able to roam freely. Wilson Juarez and Kelvin Servita Arocha, both illegal migrants, were initially released without bail by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, who has been supported by Soros. However, the public outcry and mounting evidence against them have forced a change in their situation. They are now back in custody, and interestingly enough, Bragg is now seeking their bail. What's even more alarming is that Juarez should not have been in the United States in the first place. A judge in El Paso, Texas had ordered his deportation a year ago, yet somehow he managed to slip through the cracks and find his way to Times Square. Currently, Juarez and Arocha, along with three other individuals, are still being held by law enforcement. The judge has set varying bail amounts for each of them, with Juarez being held without bail until the case is resolved. Gomez-Izquiel has a hefty bail of $50,000 in cash, while Reveron's bail is set at $100,000 in cash. Arocha, on the other hand, has a bail amount of $15,000 in cash. As for Brito, his bail has been reset at $15,000. A strong immigration system is important for community safety. We need to ensure that criminals don't slip through the cracks. The investigation into this horrific attack is ongoing, and we can only hope that justice will be served for the brave NYPD officers who were assaulted.

There is a 50-metre stretch of road in Sector 68, Gurugram, that separates around 400 to 500 families at M3M Marina from the new master road GMDA is building between Sectors 68 and 69. Fifty metres. That is all. And it has been blocked. M3M Marina's original main gate was designed to open onto this stretch. The road that would lead straight to the Sector 68-69 dividing road and from there to the Sohna Highway near Badshapur. That gate has never opened. Not once. For four to five years, every resident of Marina has been using a single secondary gate that exits onto the Aklimpur-Teekli village road. A broken, patchy road through a village. Not a backup route. The only route. Now, after years of court disputes and a stay that was finally lifted in early 2026, HSVP cleared the encroachments on the Sector 68-69 road. Ninety percent of the land is free. GMDA tenders are nearly done. The road that thousands of residents had been waiting for is finally being built. For Marina, this should have meant one thing. The main gate could finally open. Instead, Supertech sent people to the connecting stretch. They physically dug up the road. Residents, including school buses carrying children, were turned away. Everyone pushed back toward the same secondary gate. The same broken village road. The same 700 to 800 metres of extra distance every single day. For 400 to 500 families, the solution was 50 metres away. It was dug up in front of them. I visited Marina yesterday with a client. The frustration on the ground is not dramatic. It is tired. These are families that have been asking for this access for years. They were told the road would come. Now a master road is actually being built right next to them. And they still cannot reach it. Supertech owns that land. Legally, it is within its rights. Nobody is questioning the title here. But sit with the picture for a second. This is the same Supertech that is under NCLT insolvency proceedings. The same builder whose allottees have been protesting outside HRERA, demanding refunds for flats that were supposed to be delivered in 2017. A company that cannot return a single rupee to its own buyers. Cannot finish its own construction. Cannot respond to its own regulatory orders. That company still had the resources and the intent to station people at a road and physically dig it up. A builder that cannot refund its own buyers always has the budget to block someone else's road. They all do. That is one constant across Gurugram real estate that never changes. This is not a one-off story either. On Golf Course Extension Road, there are societies where residents pay a private landowner hefty monthly rent just to use his vacant plot as a road to reach their own homes. Because the planned connectivity was never built. The pattern repeats everywhere. Builders launch, buyers pay, and the last 50 metres of access becomes someone else's problem. Sometimes it becomes the resident's monthly bill. The Sector 68-69 master road is being built. The hope was real. For 500 families, it still is. They are just waiting for someone to care about 50 metres.

Oak Brook Illinois police launch 1st fully autonomous drone in state; some concerned over privacy rights | Mark Rivera, ABC7 Cutting-edge drone technology is now online in metro Chicago. The Oak Brook Police Department is deploying a fully autonomous drone to assess situations, and, more often than not, beat uniformed officers to the scene. The newest eye in the sky is billed as a vital tool for everyone's safety. The first responder drone made by Flock Safety is housed on the top of the department, and sits at the ready to take flight in an instant anywhere in the 8 square miles of the village. "So, the drone to get to any scene within a minute and a half, they're going to get that real in-progress real-time information, video data, license plates, offender information and relay that in real time," Oak Brook Police Chief Brian Strockis said. He said the new technology is not seen anywhere else in Illinois. Inside the station, operators in their "new real-time crime center" can deploy the drone at their discretion, based on scanner traffic. It then flies at 200-400 feet above roads and red lights, without a human operator. Eventually, the drone will be able to deploy itself, based on specific emergency calls that come in. "It'll get there, nine times out of 10, before an officer will arrive. And it'll be the best camera angle and the best view of that situation, as it's evolving," Strockis said. Strockis said they've already seen strong results. "Just this week, the drone was deployed during a police chase ending in Lombard, helping Oak Brook police apprehend an offender. The drone the entire time was able to record that incident and follow the pursuit, relay information to officers on the ground, and that video evidence is going to be crucial in court," he said. But large questions still loom about oversight and the impact on civil liberties. While police departments throughout the country are interested in adding drones as first responders to their arsenal of investigative tools, Beryl Lipton, senior investigative Researcher with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, said citizens should be concerned about their privacy rights. "I think it's incredibly important for communities that are implementing drone as first responder programs to have clear policies around the types of features that are going to be actually used, and how the use of those features is going to be tracked," she said. "Right now, it's up to many police departments to determine themselves if they are using their drones in accordance with state law. Another important element for people to be considering is the retention period for the data that is being collected." Oak Brook police said they do not retain footage of calls unrelated to criminal investigations. Their investment in the new technology is a hefty $275,000 per year of the initial contract. Oak Brook's village president said this is still a more cost effective force multiplier. "As much as that is, it is actually still a smaller investment than adding a single beat officer to our round-the-clock shift," Larry Herman said. In addition to law enforcement drone use mandated reporting in Illinois law, the Oak Brook police said their drone's camera is not facing the ground en route to a call for service, and only swivels down when it gets to the call location.
