The perimeter movement aids in getting the ball to the middle and also shakes free more outside shots than expected

If the high post is occupied by a cutter, it appears the directive is to dive to the rim on a baseline pass

If the middle is not occupied, it looks like the strong side slot dives the rim on the baseline pass

Playing 4-out and still getting the high/low and low/high looks that are so devastating to zones seems like a cheat code 🤷🏻‍♂️

The pattern of the offense is easy to follow… At the same time it presents movement on the perimeter AND a presence flashing from outside of the shell of the zone into the middle on each reversal

"12" | Ball Screen Continuity against a 2-3 zone The corner touch is a reset for the offense, creating the continuity to ball screen the return pass out of the corner

The Indiana Fever's adjustment to a 2-3 zone completely stymied the Atlanta Dream. Indiana conceded just 2 points on 10 zone chances, showing real flexibility by aggressively matching on the back line of the zone and forcing turnovers as a result.

From this angle, you can see the turn starts from the middle of his body. As his core rotates, the barrel naturally slots behind him into the zone. Don’t force the barrel with your hands. Turn efficiently from the middle.

🧵Super Bowl Champs John Benton on Inside Zone Here are 3 short John Benton clips from Day 1 that show exactly why offensive line coaches keep coming back to this clinic. C.O.O.L. starts today at 11 AM ET. 1. Win the Moment of Truth On inside zone, the blocker does not always know which side the back will break. Benton teaches the blocker to create vertical force, stay on the defender, and win when the ball declares.

As predicted in my Dainik Jagran column a month back, our Eastern border with Myanmar is turning into a war zone. These are visuals from battle zone Moreh where Kuki terrorists are wrecking havoc on both sides of the border.
