The perimeter movement aids in getting the ball to the middle and also shakes free more outside shots than expected

If the high post is occupied by a cutter, it appears the directive is to dive to the rim on a baseline pass

If the middle is not occupied, it looks like the strong side slot dives the rim on the baseline pass

Playing 4-out and still getting the high/low and low/high looks that are so devastating to zones seems like a cheat code 🤷🏻‍♂️

The pattern of the offense is easy to follow… At the same time it presents movement on the perimeter AND a presence flashing from outside of the shell of the zone into the middle on each reversal

The Indiana Fever's adjustment to a 2-3 zone completely stymied the Atlanta Dream. Indiana conceded just 2 points on 10 zone chances, showing real flexibility by aggressively matching on the back line of the zone and forcing turnovers as a result.

From this angle, you can see the turn starts from the middle of his body. As his core rotates, the barrel naturally slots behind him into the zone. Don’t force the barrel with your hands. Turn efficiently from the middle.
