Not once did she mention “I hit him 3x” Her reasoning - “I wasn’t asked that question.” She also claims she didn’t tell the grand jury about the jeep being out front because - You guessed it “she wasn’t asked.” However when it comes to answering questions regarding things that hurt her or the McAlberts, she has NO PROBLEM answering questions that she was not asked.
