@itvracing From a personal view I was made up with the result as i backed Burdett Road ew. If Con Hill comes to Aintree then it could make for a good race if he squares off against Langer Dan

@itvracing Absolutely insane. No evidence of course, but my personal opinion is Constitution Hill would have won. He looked in fine shape.

You could do one, even take a stance on one you like and lay the other two at most, but you couldn’t place lay all them, could you? (It’s a very you thing mind Liam hahaha, Did you? 😭) I get that one or two may have had something happen to them in the race. Pre-race people saying - Con Hill had the potential for a trip in him at some point and was he “back”. Could State Man match his conquers and win another. And, was the mare good enough… But, for not one of those three to even PLACE was the maddest Champion I reckon I will ever see. 😅

@itvracing Hey Lee. Do you think Con hill would have come down anyway even if the hurdle deceived him by coming back up? He was awfully low at it.

@itvracing They said that about a few horses in the week, so I heard. I just reckon the landing gear wasn’t out but I have watched a few times to see myself as it’s something I heard was happening.

I couldn't agree more with this. What in the name of god is Con Hill going to do at Southwell that is going to have any bearing on him running in a Champion Hurdle❓ The fact that he won't fall is about the only thing you can come up with.

Lossiemouth declared for the Mares. Best of luck to them, in what should be a penalty kick, but it’s time Cheltenham got its act together and stopped this from happening. Grade 1 Mares should be running in the Champion Hurdle. End of story.
