No more questions, few minutes to spend answering must be simpler than spending hours and hours recording insults and running to every youtuber complaining about "malicious attacks" from "the meanest person I have ever seen"

Dear Vladimir, I am not a chess player of any notable strength, but I am a chess fan. In the end - as is the case with any sport - professional chess exists because of fans, which is why I hope you might still find my perspective relevant. I will skip the usual pleasantries of how much I respect your past achievements and contributions to the game, it goes without saying. I also don’t have any illusions that my words could persuade you. I realize it’s unlikely. Nonetheless, I hope you would consider them. The way you act now is hurting the larger chess community. It’s not even about your own reputation, or the reputation and mental health of the people you go after. It’s about taking a serious issue and reducing it to memes and personal quarrels. While I believe your goals are noble and genuine, your methods are anything but, and the whole situation looks more and more like attention seeking from an aging legendary player, struggling to remain relevant, with no regard for the consequences for others. I’m not saying this is the case - I’m saying, this is what it can look like for many chess fans. You might consider a more reserved public communication style to give weight to your arguments. To give an example - when you target Dina, saying she was caught cheating on camera because of a light-hearted prank in a casual game she has posted herself, it neither grants credibility to your arguments, nor is it helpful for the larger debate about cheating in chess. The public can distinguish a harmless joke from cheating - and one would hope, a former world champion is capable of that too. If this is what cheating discussions are reduced to, then it’s a sad time for chess indeed. And it’s similar with Danya too. Even if he has used an engine in educational content during a meaningless game, the rating for which is refunded to his opponent anyway, nobody cares. This is not the issue that’s harming chess, and it is not what the cheating discourse should be about. Of course, this is a subjective opinion of a single chess fan. You are free to ignore it (as you likely will). However, I do hope that going forward you would be more conscious of the of the wider consequences of your actions - not just for the individual players involved, but for the reputation of the chess community itself.

@GmNaroditsky Why does it matter so much? The opponent was rated around 1100 and Danya definitely does NOT need an engine for this level. Ok he opened it during a game but he was completely winning anyway, small mistake…no need to harass him over months if your real target is Chesscom
