Always wetter in the middle when we used stirrators, dry faster when we pulled the centre and spread it on top.

Center will be wetter. I always take a sample across the diameter of the bin mix in a pail. When that sample is 14-14.5% it will be 15% coming out of the bottom unload

How hot is your air going in? When we were using our stir bin we usually had the air at 160F or a hair more on cereals. Usually 3-4 days of stirring would dry 18,000 bushels. Taking 4 points out.
