Stop emailing the leasing office when dealing with neglected maintenance and health hazards. You need to move the conversation from customer service to LEGAL liability. Apparently landlords will use their lawyers to “intimidate” you by sending threatening letters while you’re already displaced and in a medical crisis. They really...

Georgia is rigging elections This man and his son have always been registered and voted in Fulton County, Georgia 🚨 During the 2020 election their voter registration was moved to Atlanta, paper ballots were requested and someone voted for them “I registered to vote in 2001, and I have voted here for 24 years. Now I am standing in front of the Alpharetto Library (Fulton County), which is a place where I vote in the 2020 election. When me and my son came here to vote, I was told that we could not vote here because I lived downtown Atlanta. My address had been changed. Now, I assured the lady that my address had not been changed, and I wondered who went in and changed it. She responded that nobody goes in and changes the records, and I told her somebody obviously changed mine. She then handed me a piece of paper to sign. The paper said that I lived at my address and it would allow me and my son to vote. Now, later, when I went back and pulled my voting records, I found out that my son's vote never register. And in fact, my vote also apparently didn't register either because somebody had requested a paper ballot in my name at a different address a month earlier. That paper ballot was filled out and sent in two weeks before the election and marked accepted. And apparently when I went in to vote, my vote did not count because I had already voted. Now I ask you, who requested the paper ballot, who filled it out, and who did they vote for? I have no idea. What I do know is that me and my son didn't get to vote in the 2020 election.“

American Surgeon shows the actual letter from UnitedHealthcare DENYING a patient in emergency condition from receiving care “This is a woman who was in the emergency room with pulmonary embolisms” “I think we all knew this would happen. I had another patient come in and share with me that UnitedHealthcare denied her inpatient's day. So this is a patient who had shortness of breath and some chest pain, and she just knew that something wasn't right in her body. She had a family history of blood clots and she'd had a deep flap surgery a couple of weeks ago. She went to the hospital and they saw her and they found that she had a life threatening condition known as pulmonary embolisms. So she was admitted to the hospital and taken care of really well by the doctors there. And they ordered all the right things. After a couple of days, she was discharged. She got a letter from UnitedHealthcare explaining that they didn't agree with the level of her care and that they would not cover it. So I'm gonna share some of the language of that letter with you, and I want you to know that my patient that we talked about previously who had her surgery denied had almost exactly the same letter shared. So there's some troubling things in this letter. I think this term is really interesting. United is saying they reviewed the request for inpatient admission. So let's all just pause and consider that. This is a woman who was in the emergency room with pulmonary embolisms, and the doctor wasn't really requesting anything. They were saying this patient needs to be in the hospital. But an insurance company sees this as a request, and that's part of this prior auth environment that we're living in. So I think it's important as patients and as physicians to just acknowledge that this is our reality now. Someone can think that there's a good medical decision for you and can write orders and wanna do the right thing for you, but your insurance company is seeing that as a request and deciding whether or not they wanna do it. One of the criteria that this insurance company used to decide whether or not to accept or deny this request was whether it's medically necessary. And it's so interesting that we're letting insurance companies and the doctors who work for insurance companies determine what's medically necessary and not just the doctor in front of the patient in the emergency room. So this is a really bold statement from UnitedHealthcare for my patient. They say you did not have to be admitted as an inpatient to the hospital for this care. I think we all need to just reflect on that. An insurance company is telling a patient and her doctor that they disagree with the plan of care to keep that patient safe. I know that this is boiling down to whether it's an inpatient admission or an observation admission, and that's really about money. But what I wanna point out to you is they're making medical decisions. This insurance company is actually weighing in and disagreeing with a doctor who made a medical decision to admit this patient for her safety. So this specific sentence, when a doctor or facility treats a patient above the recommended level of care, we cannot cover it. What the heck? That's what we do. We go above and beyond as physicians. It's clear that insurance companies don't, and they're actually saying it here.”

Yesterday, Muyiwa Riversongz OBE (OBE) posted this video. Someone tried to rob him and damage his car, and he called the police. The police could not find the white guy who was involved and then treated Muyiwa like a suspect because he was black. Muyiwa was being diplomatic, but I will say it as it is. This is the state of our nation. I have spent 36 years of my life in this country and practiced law for 25 years. I have visited prisons and police stations all over the country. I have seen a lot of black people in prisons who were innocent but pleaded guilty because they did not know the meaning of that or because they did not get a lawyer as they thought they could defend themselves. No, get a lawyer even if you are a lawyer. An incident happened years ago, and the police invited me to meet with them. I was already a Solicitor and was going to go until I spoke to two friends of mine who are also lawyers. They laughed and said, “Dele, don’t be stupid. Many innocent people are in jail. Go with a lawyer even if you are a lawyer.” I was shaken by that statement. I spoke to an elderly man later, and he said the same thing. Listen closely, if you have any issues with the police, and no matter how little, get a lawyer. I remember speaking to Muyiwa about this matter. To treat him like a suspect (A man honored by this nation) shows that there is racism in this country. Most times, it is covert and sometimes overt. Don’t play if you don’t want to be a victim. Our people don’t like to pay lawyers. They think they can talk, are educated, or are innocent, even in family matters. Get a lawyer before your life gets messed up. Many young black kids can’t do anything with their lives today due to criminal records. They are told to accept a caution, and they will let them go. Be careful out there. #deleolawanle #muyiwaolarewaju #ukpolice #racism

They tried to intimidate us. They tried to silence us. It didn’t work. Yesterday, we attended a track meet & held a press conference. We spoke with girls who were forced to compete against a boy. We heard their stories. We felt their pain. And we stood with them. Three girls lost their opportunity to advance, all because they had to race against a boy. This is not the first time, and sadly, it won’t be the last. On behalf of those girls, I’ve filed formal complaints with Jurupa Valley Unified, Pres. Trump, and the Office of Civil Rights. As expected, a group of radicals tried to corner me for simply speaking the truth. Wrong move. I’m a fighter for truth, for fairness, and for our daughters. I will never back down. Not now. Not ever. Many athletes, coaches & parents came up in shock. Many didn’t even know their daughters were competing against a boy. That’s how deep the deception runs. They’ve used fear to silence people for too long. But it’s not working anymore. Justice will prevail. Common sense will win. And our girls will get the fairness they deserve. To make matters worse, a video was shared showing that same mom gaslighting and threatening girls for wearing a certain shirt. This is the same woman who sent cease & desist letters to Jessica Tapia and me just for speaking the truth. Let me be clear. My heart hurts for the boy. He’s been lied to. But once you hear the truth, you have a choice. I pray one day he chooses what’s right. This was just one day, a glimpse into the larger battle ahead. To every school board member in CA, bring forward the resolution. I’ll even revise it for your district. Many already have. The more we rise, the stronger we become. I’m proud our district passed an action item and sent a letter to Pres. Trump urging him to step in. President Trump, please pull the funding now. We will protect our girls. We will not stop. We will win. To our daughters: We see you. We hear you. You are worth fighting for. And you are not alone. Thank you to Sophia Lorey for organizing and your fight in this and also to Jeremy Aguirre_ for the photos. And thank you to everyone standing up and fighting the good fight for our girls.

Former Iranian political prisoner Kian Tajbakhsh drops a truth bomb right to Chris Cuomo’s face. “For a lot of Iranians, when they hear that President Trump started a war with Iran — no, they see President Trump as FINISHING a war that Iran started 47 years ago.” CUOMO: “Now, what I want sir is for you give perspective of who we’re dealing with with the regime, they imprisoned you. You know their mentality, you know their value system. You know what they see as winning.” “Do you believe if America just stops and says, okay, you learned your lesson. Hopefully you’ll be better now. Is that wishful thinking?” TAJBAKHSH: “Look, my perspective is formed by my experience as the American citizen longest in prison by the Iranian regime.” “I was arrested and held in the Evin prison controlled by our IRGC for over a year. I was in solitary confinement for over 8 months and I spent many hours discussing with senior and mid-level IRGC officers.” “The one thing I took away from them and they told me quite straightforwardly, is that we are ready for a fight with the United States.” “You know, I said you’re picking you’re poking the bear and they said we don’t care. We’re not afraid. We are prepared for this.” “And this confirmed to me a perspective, Chris, which I think I’d like to share with the viewers, which is that, you know, for a lot of Iranians, for a lot of Iranians when they hear that President Trump started a war with Iran, they might respond — and many of them do — that no, they see President Trump as finishing a war that Iran started 47 years ago.” “Most Iranians that dislike the regime see this regime for what it really is.”
