I stopped doing my nails last fall….it was actually painful in the beginning growing them out….had to try different coating products to get me through the worst of it. I’ve have hashimotos, never considered that connection…was probably doing my nails for 20 years….

Just the amount of oxygen deprivation regular nail polish causes oughta be enough to steer people clear of doing this to their bodies but we're all so misinformed, I still struggle to undo the programming and I've been aware of it for a decade or longer. 🙄 💖💖💖 🫡
