I had to upgrade my graphic card due to this kind of shit. My previous GPU RTX 3070Ti stutters A LOT even without RT @ 1080p ultra setting. I had to lower down the settings, mixed medium to high to be able roam around Startorch Academy at FREAKING 60fps.
