My simple question is: why do you even call it an indefinite hunger strike? If you can't continue the hunger strike, then don't start it in the first place. I'm not saying you should risk your health, but you're not Bhagat Singh or Sukhdev. If you're hungry, then eat. Just stop turning it into a spectacle.
