Best Backswing Drill… This is my favorite drill to improve upper body rotation at the top of the golf swing: 1. Make a backswing and stop when you feel you have reached the top. 2. Take your lead hand off the club and push the grip as far away from your back shoulder as

Here is a drill to help you learn what it feels like to use the ground and start to sequence effectively. Notice how the club is setup in the video between my feet. Get to your back swing and jump favoring your lead foot left and laterally like I am. With that feeling step in and hit one. Not where you are pushing off from when you swing and try and get that into a feeling that makes sense to you. This is how power is created in the golf swing. This is also where physical limitations can show up.

Notre Dame LB Drill!!!🚨🚨🚨 - Start on your stomach and facing backwards - On “hut”, react and strike the blocker - Full arm extension, creating separation - Violent shed and rip - Accelerate to the ball carrier and close distance - Hit on the rise and bring your hips through - Keep driving your legs forward while pushing through the hips Max Bullough

Throwing on the run. Catch on left, throw on right. If you’re going one hand, field outside of left foot. If you’re going two hands, field inside of left foot. When throwing, clear the hips and chest before throwing, meaning hips and chest are open to target before releasing.

I often get asked “I am new to golf how should I get better quicker” I would start with this drill once, grip, posture, alignment and ball position was taught and the first 2-3 feet of the takeaway. It helps you understand the club launch’s the ball not you with loft. Then allows you to start feeling contact and what a backswing should slowly build up into.

Where should you be holding the club in your lead hand? 🤚 A lot of issues in the swing start from an improper grip. #golf #golftips #golfcoaching #golflesson #golftip #golfinstruction #golfcoach #golfgrip grip
