Stop Slipping Wrong - TRY THIS🥊🔥 Most beginners get caught because they slip side to side. Touch the knee (or the bag), load the hips, and your center of mass stays perfect. This changes everything. #Boxing

The best slips aren’t about moving as far as possible

You said it all, moving too far takes you out of range and off balance. The best slips are tight and controlled

Most people over-slip and end up off balance. Keeping your weight centered while loading the hips makes you harder to hit and ready to fire back.

Slip without falling off center and you’re already set to fire back.

@boxing_archives Great head movement make great defense, and great defense makes a great fighter💪🏼

@boxing_archives Yeah, this method keeps the center of mass right and turns defense into offense.

Slipping side to side has put plenty of men in the hall of fame when they pair it with sharp recovery footwork. Loading the hips and touching that knee keeps the mass centered no doubt but it can slow the counter if you dip too deep. Real ring IQ is reading the shoulder early so the move stays efficient either way.
