Fuck doctors. My mom and dad both died from cancer and neither one of their incologist told them to alter their diet, FAST or remove sugars/carbs. Fuck doctors.

I take powdered collagen, unflavored, every day. Just put it in my coffee. And no, I don't take Ibuprofen or any over the counter meds. No meds at all and I am perfectly healthy and don't remember last time I was sick. No Vax, no boosters, nothing.

I have permanent stomach damage from ibuprofen. I have no stomach lining due to ibuprofen burning it away. Now I have to take medication every few hours to protect my stomach from it being destroyed by it's own acid

They always tell you what NOT to do, but never tell you what you should do... Not helpful at all.. Is turmeric a good alternative, or does it do the same thing?
