Do not eat Avocado seeds. There are toxic compounds in them (grok link below talks about it in detail):

The pit or stone has at least one toxin Persin that is very toxic to animals and can cause serious problems in humans It is not a miracle food as this video claims @CommunityNotes

@StaminaFitnes The claims just get bigger and bigger. Do a trial and show me there are any adverse events. Or find a population that does this regularly so we can run some statistics. We have foods that have been studied and work before we get into the deep unknown.

Avocados are heavily sprayed with pesticide. It's hard to find organic. I would eat those but... I can't eat them anymore.

Yes—but with a big caveat. Avocado pits contain compounds that show anti-inflammatory potential in lab studies, but there’s no solid proof they’re safe or beneficial for people to eat. Human research is lacking, so I wouldn’t treat them as a proven health food. Avocado flesh is the safer bet.

I make avocado pit pain spray. I take an avocado pit I let it dry, I peel the skin off, I put it in my coffee grinder and grind it up, then I soak it for 4 to 6 weeks in 70% isopropyl alcohol. I then pour it into a dark colored spray bottle and when I hurt I spray it on. It is not super strong but it actually does help with mild arthritis and other small achy pains

My concern is the amounts of Persin, a fungicidal toxin.

Not totally correct. No, the claim that avocado seeds are the most powerful antioxidants is incorrect and overstated. While they have strong antioxidant activity from polyphenols and procyanidins, outperforming avocado pulp, they don't top global rankings.pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih+2 Antioxidant Strength Studies show avocado seed extracts have high radical-scavenging capacity (e.g., ORAC 1,310–2,000+ µmol TE/g, DPPH IC50 ~3-20 mg/mL), but spices like cloves (290,283 ORAC/100g) or cinnamon (131,420), wild blueberries (9,621), and acai (102,700) far exceed them. Seeds contribute ~38% of the fruit's total antioxidants, not the absolute strongest source.pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih+5 Reality Check No peer-reviewed evidence crowns avocado seeds #1; top spots go to cloves, sumac, or dragon's blood. Eating raw
