not the improvements I was expecting

*gasp* did the PR comment lie to me? I know it presents node warnings like “deprecated” when you run certain scripts, so those logs alone could slow the results

i refuse to type two more letter `--`, gosh, i don't even need to type `run` in pnpm and bun

gosh two characters? That's the ms I was saving! Unacceptable

For those as slow as me: nvm install 22, nvm use 22 and then "node --run dev"
