If you were a former D1 athlete, you know how much of a grind college was and how much better the experience would’ve been with some extra bread in your pocket! So I have no issue with these kids getting paid, but I do think there needs to be some type of regulation to stop teams from poaching & to stop kids from jumping ship while pocketing money on a deal they didn’t follow through with.
