The Teraleak showed what the underwater system in WiWa will look like. It will be divided into three zones: the Ocean, the Deep Sea and the Deep Abyss. The video takes place in the Ocean, but Pokémon will appear in those areas. It has also been stated that the underwater areas will work similarly to Pokémon Legends: Z-A (PLZA), meaning they will be treated as separate areas, which will make shiny hunting easier.
